7 Lottery Rules

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Every draw is conducted using an RNG system that has been certified by an independent third party.
• Jackpot prizes not claimed within 48 hours of the announcement will roll over to the next draw.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical error, the ticket price will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended inactivity (12 months+) may result in your account being classified as dormant and subject to a dormancy fee.
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

21st is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Theft of a member's password or unauthorised use of their account.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

Under no circumstances shall 21st's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the member.
